The Flex 360 R-5130 is a very good shaver for the money. As with most Remingtons, the shave it gives you is very close. I have a thick curly beard as well as sensitive skin, thus I am very prone to ingrown hairs. This razor is very easy on my sensitive skin. Only after the initial shave did I experience any irritation. This is normal as there's always a breaking in period with new shavers. That first time was the first and only experience I've had with the R-5130 giving me any irritation on my face. I haven't seen any ingrown hairs at all since using this model. This of course makes me extremely pleased. Anyone who suffers from ingrown hairs can tell you that its a condition that is painful both physically and mentally (bruising one's self image). The battery life seems decent enough. I seem to get around 10 days per charge, and each recharge of the battery only takes 90 minutes to complete. This model has a 5 minute quick charge feature too. Cool! It also can be used while plugged into the wall socket. This unit features NiMH batteries and is RoHS compliant which means that it's a very environmentally friendly piece of electronics, Greenpeace would thank you. The unit comes with a tiny brush for cleaning it and also can be rinsed under the sink as per the instruction manual. I prefer to brush it out daily and use Remington Shaver Saver once a week. The only downside of this unit that I can think of is that it doesn't come with a carrying bag. This may be an issue for some people, but my bathroom is pretty secure so lacking a carrying bag doesn't bother me much.
